Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 1 November 2026

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses Churnahead. If you break it, we may suspend or close the workspace concerned, as the Terms describe.

Your data and your customers

  • Connect only Stripe accounts that you own or are authorised to connect.
  • Don’t add special categories of personal data, such as health, religion or political opinions, or data about children, in notes, example emails or anywhere else in the Service.
  • Use what the Service tells you about a customer only to look after that customer relationship. Don’t use it to discriminate unlawfully, harass, threaten or deceive anyone.
  • Messages you send to customers, including ones that started as a Churnahead draft, must be honest and lawful. They must comply with the privacy and electronic marketing laws that apply to you, such as the GDPR, the ePrivacy rules and CAN-SPAM. Read and edit every draft before you send it.

The Service

  • Don’t access another workspace, or try to get around sign-in, plan limits or security controls.
  • Don’t probe, scan or load-test the Service, and don’t send it automated traffic beyond normal use of the dashboard and its links.
  • Don’t copy, resell, sublicense or rent out the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
  • Don’t reverse-engineer it, except where the law allows that despite this restriction.
  • Don’t upload malware, or content that is unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights.

Reporting a security problem

If you find a vulnerability, email hello@churnahead.com with the details, and give us reasonable time to fix it before you disclose it. Don’t access, change or keep anyone else’s data while testing. We won’t take action against good-faith research that follows these rules.

Reporting misuse
