Prices are in US dollars, before VAT, billed monthly by card.

How “paying customers” is counted

Distinct customers with at least one subscription that is active (or past due, unpaid or incomplete) and has a monthly value above zero, counted after each sync. Former customers, free trials with no paid price, and one-off buyers don’t count.

Over the limit

A workspace that grows past its plan keeps working. Nothing is cut off and no data is withheld. It stays on, or returns to, the weekly digest cadence, and the dashboard shows an upgrade banner until you move up.

Billing

Upgrades go through Stripe Checkout, on Churnahead’s own Stripe account, and the card details are entered on Stripe’s pages. Churnahead stores only your plan and your Stripe customer and subscription ids. Downgrade or cancel from the Billing page at any time: either at the end of the period you paid for, or at once with the unused part refunded.
